IN-STORE OR CURBSIDE PICKUP
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Log in to your Bone-A-Patreat online account or create a new account.
2. Add items to your cart for “In Store Pick Up”, and choose your location.
READY WITHIN 4 HOURS:
After receiving your order, we’ll gather everything and have it ready for in-store pickup within 4 hours. Curbside pickup also available, just give us a ring when you arrive!
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Let us fetch it for you! Same day home delivery and next day delivery are available seven days a week.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Call the shop or log in to your Bone-A-Patreat online account.
2. Add items to your cart & select your delivery preferences.
ORDER DEADLINES:
Orders placed before 12 pm CST will be delivered the same day. All orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the next day.
DELIVERY COST:
All orders over $75 will be delivered free of charge.
Orders under $75 will be charged a $9.99 delivery fee.
Minimum order $25 required.
INSTACART SAME DAY DELIVERY

2. Shop select Bone-A-Patreat products, select your delivery date and time and checkout.
3. A personal shopper will pick up your order.
4. Your order will be delivered as scheduled.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does Bone-A-Patreat delivery work?
Bone-A-Patreat has partnered with a local courier service for home delivery. Once you place your order online or over the phone, a Bone-A-Patreat team member will gather your order together, and it will be picked up by the courier for same day delivery. During checkout, you may specify where you would like your delivery left (front door, back door, porch, etc.), and your order can also be left by your door for contactless delivery.
Do I have to be home?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your order will be placed at your door or in an area hidden from street view, when possible.
What if I can’t find my favorite products in the online store?
Due to the number of products in the store and the slight variations between shops, we don’t have all of our products available online but we are happy to deliver your favorites.
If you would like to order something we don’t have in our online store, please call your neighborhood shop to make the purchase. We will be happy to schedule delivery for you.
Does Bone-A-Patreat deliver frozen items?
Yes! However, if ordering frozen items, we highly recommend to plan for someone to be home to accept the delivery in person. Bone-A-Patreat does not assume responsibility for any items that may spoil due to being left unrefrigerated following delivery.
