TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

At Bone-A-Patreat, we’re all about keeping things safe, stress-free, and full of tail wags. Before you bring your pup in for their dog grooming near me appointment, here are a few things to know so everything goes smoothly:

Vaccinations: Proof of current Rabies and Distemper vaccinations required for all appointments.

Late Drop Off/Pick Up: If you are 10+ minutes late to a scheduled grooming appointment or nail trim, you are subject to reschedule, with applicable fees charged for missed grooming appointments. Late pick up fee will be assessed to those picking up their pets 45 minutes or more past the end of their pet's appointment.

Sedation Medication: We do not groom pets under prescription sedation medication out of an abundance of safety. If your pet requires a prescription medication to calm them enough for a grooming appointment, we would recommend seeking a vet who offers grooming services, as they would be better equipped for any emergencies.

Puppy Grooming: We focus on a low stress environment and a positive experience for all pets in our salons. As such, puppies will not be scheduled for full haircuts on a first visit. Usually, puppies need two or three face/feet/fanny appointments before they are ready for their first full haircut. We will start doing full haircuts as soon as the puppy is mentally prepared and we can do so following our low stress grooming methods.

You will be presented with a Grooming and Liability Waiver at or before your first appointment. If your pet shows any signs of matted fur at their consultation or during their appointment, you will be asked to sign a Matted Pet Waiver for the change in requested service. Refusal to sign these documents will result in your appointment time being released and service discontinued. By signing these documents, you agree to the recommended services and will adhere to the policies listed.

At Bone-A-Patreat, you will meet your pet’s groomer when you drop off your pet, and we’ll contact you when your pet is finished, so there is little-to-no wait time. (Private kennels are available for pets who feel more comfortable waiting to be picked up in a private environment.)

At other grooming salons, your pet could be treated like just one of many in the grooming production line for the day, but at Bone-A-Patreat, your pet is given one-on-one attention without any distractions. Quality over quantity means our groomers take as much time as they need with each groom. Our groomers get to know your pet on a personal level.

At other grooming salons, groomers can be under pressure to complete a certain number of grooms each day to hit a “quota”, but there’s no “quota” at Bone-A-Patreat. Our groomers are encouraged to take as much time as they need to make your pet feel comfortable and give them the perfect custom cut so they go home looking & feeling their best.
